The granular insights to achieve outsized M&A outcomes for HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical company owners.

HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical –
A Roaring M&A Market

Our HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical practice advocates for the industry’s most desirable companies, as we seek to return outsized transaction results for our clients in the robust home services M&A market.  The non-discretionary/non-cyclical and fragmented nature of this industry has drawn 50+ institutional investments in platform companies who are currently consolidating the HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical trades.

With such an active market, we believe having the right advisor to help clients navigate the possibilities makes all the difference.  According to our data – our industry focus and sophisticated approach produces better transaction structures, terms and at least 1.0x to 2.0x more in valuation, on average, for our clients.

Other advisors don’t have the time to focus on what truly drives value in a transaction, are sometimes just as interested in helping buyers as they are sellers, or are too unsophisticated to challenge and attain “what’s possible” in a transaction.

The Anchor Peabody HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical team spends 100% of our time aggregating the granular information necessary to help our clients be better businesses, reduce risk, identify opportunities, and navigate the very complicated HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical M&A landscape.  Our proven ability to articulate and execute on sound M&A strategies, and our 100% alignment with our clients achieves premium outcomes.
